HOHNER NOVA CHROMATIC ACCORDIONS

 

Experience a new sensation in accordion music!  The newly developed Nova Series button accordions offers a whole new way to explore the versatility and originality of the accordion.  To further enhance your musical expression, Hohner has developed a new type of button keyboard where the buttons move on special modern plastic guides.  This guarantees highly precise movement with very little side movement.  For the accordionist, this translates into faster response with a smooth, balanced feeling.  The Nova’s grill is integral to its appearance, but also shapes the unique sound of this series with its precisely placed and sized sound holes.  The holes serve to produce a well balanced mix of low and high frequencies.  A smaller version of the Nova instruments for button accordion beginners is also available.  It has 3 button rows and is very lightweight (under 11 lbs.). These accordions come with adjustable fabric straps and a rugged, tear resistant gig bag.
